Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Provide 1st tier support and maintenance for network infrastructure
- Participate in network project for set up and configuration
- Escalate the problem & coordinate with 2nd tier for troubleshooting
- Provide adhoc support for incident
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Engineering, or related disciplines.
- 1 year+ experience in network switch, router and wifi. With good knowledge in network is also consider
- Good communication skill & good customer services skill
- Less experience will consider as a Junior Engineer
