Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshooting Electricity or HVAC facility in Data Center, ensure the high availability of E&M system
- Handle and response emergency calls for incident
- Manage contractors and technical staff for maintenance services
- Handle Periodic Tests for facility equipment, inspection, fault diagnosis or emergency drills
- Prepare facility report, incident report and method statement
- Create and update maintenance plans for facilities
- Perform regular patrol
Qualifications:
- Diploma or above in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering or relevant discipine
- Minimum 2 years relevant working experience
- Solid experience in sizable Electricity or HVAC facility maintenance
- Data Centre background will be an advantage (Residential building, shopping mall or any sizable facility management experience also considered)
- Registered Electrical Worker (Grade A0 or above) is preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Facility Engineer
