Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the implementation of Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and technologies for data center projects.
- Collaborate with project teams to develop BIM execution plans and standards.
- Manage the creation and maintenance of BIM models for greenfield construction projects.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure accurate and timely information exchange.
- Conduct clash detection and resolution to optimize project efficiency.
- Provide training and support to project team members on BIM software and workflows.
- Stay current on industry trends and best practices in BIM technology.
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in BIM management, preferably in the data center industry.
- Proficiency in BIM software such as Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
- Strong understanding of greenfield construction processes and requirements.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or related field.
