Job Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email & facebook .
- Identify customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Prepare data & sales report for service improvement
- Escalate the problem to project programmer for technical issue
Job Requirements
- Secondary / Tertiary / Diploma or above in business or any related disciplines
- Fresh Graduated welcome
- Poven customer support experience in a call center or similar role is an advantage
- Knowledge or interest in programming is highly preferable
- Customer oriented with excellent telephone manner.
