Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide data center daily operation support
- Handle system monitoring and scheduled batch job execution
- Handle facility monitoring (Power, Cooling, Fire System, BMS etc)
- Carry out system backup and remote hand support
- Escalate incident and problem management
- Perform regular patrols
Job Requirements
- F.5, DSE or Diploma in IT related
- At least 1 years experience in data center operation, NOC, Customer Service or Call Center
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
