Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide data center operation support
- To carry out system backup and remote hand support
- To monitor the healthiness on the facilities, computer systems, and scheduled batch job execution
- 執行數據中心日常運作
- 執行系統備份及協助客戶處理日常操作
- 監控數據中心系統及設備
Job Requirements
- F.5, DSE or Diploma in IT related
- Experience in data center or NOC or Customer Service or Call Center
- Fresh graduation will also be considered
- Good interpersonal and communication skill
- 中五/DSE程度以上
- 有數據中心/ 客戶服務經驗者優先
- 良好溝通技巧
- 歡迎對IT工作有興趣但沒經驗人仕, 提供職場培訓
