Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver general training programs to support the business needs.
  • Develop and implement training needs analysis, training plans, budget, and schedules.
  • Conduct training data analysis, budget control and compile training reports on training effectiveness for management review.
  • Keep track of industry development trends and take the initiative to understand and explore new training methods.
  • More experience will be considered as Senior Officer  

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in training and development activities
  • Experience in Telecommunication is highly preferred
  • Good communication skills, well-organized, self-motivated, and good team player
  • Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
