Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Design and deliver general training programs to support the business needs.
- Develop and implement training needs analysis, training plans, budget, and schedules.
- Conduct training data analysis, budget control and compile training reports on training effectiveness for management review.
- Keep track of industry development trends and take the initiative to understand and explore new training methods.
- More experience will be considered as Senior Officer
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in training and development activities
- Experience in Telecommunication is highly preferred
- Good communication skills, well-organized, self-motivated, and good team player
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
