Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Manage the Engineers team & Project Manager Team for IT infrastructure projects
- Lead a team for post sales support to customers
- Maintain good customer relations, define and maintain service level agreements
- Ensure IT requirements are identified, developed and supported to the satisfaction of the client projects
- To be the main point of contact for all technical related service issues of client projects assigned
- Support pre-sales activities (RFP, tendering, presentations) and technical solution & costing formation
Job Requirements
- University degree or Higher diploma in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science
- Relevant working experience with managerial experience
- 15+ years of IT experience and 6 years or above in leader role
- Experience in managing IT infrastructure project(e.g. Infrastructure, IT Network, Cloud, Cybersecurity…etc)
- Demonstrable leadership skills, project management skills, communication skills and presentation skills
