Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee all on-site activities, including construction progress, equipment delivery, resource allocation, and schedule coordination.
- Supervise and direct a team of construction workers, subcontractors, and vendors, to ensure efficient utilization of resources and compliance with project requirements.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and project specifications.
- Maintain detailed records of all project-related activities, such as materials utilized, labor hours, equipment usage, and any changes to scope or specifications.
Job Requirements
- Proven experience as a Site Supervisor or similar role in E&M projects (UPS/ Genset/ HVAC/ MVAC).
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to confidently interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality.
- Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (A0).
