Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st to 2nd tier support to end users.
  • Resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, VC operation, mobile devices, systems, and network etc.
  • Perform server monitoring & network equipment installation and configuration
  • Perform troubleshooting & logging on technical requests and incidents.
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions.  

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above.
  • Prefer to have 1 – 2 years or above experience in helpdesk support.
  • Familiar with PC, Microsoft Windows, O365, Mobile Device and other desktop application.
  • Good understanding in networking, TCP/IP, WAN & LAN is an advantage.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
