Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1st to 2nd tier support to end users.
- Resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, VC operation, mobile devices, systems, and network etc.
- Perform server monitoring & network equipment installation and configuration
- Perform troubleshooting & logging on technical requests and incidents.
- Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above.
- Prefer to have 1 – 2 years or above experience in helpdesk support.
- Familiar with PC, Microsoft Windows, O365, Mobile Device and other desktop application.
- Good understanding in networking, TCP/IP, WAN & LAN is an advantage.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
