Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team of 30+ including Infrastructure, System & Network, Network security operations, application development….etc
- Manage the department and oversee the budget, policies, standards, and best practices.
- Lead the teams to provide production support and to ensure high resiliency and reliability of the bank infrastructure & to compile with the bank policies and SLAs
- Manage system changes, end-of-support refresh, system vulnerabilities and production problems & incidents promptly
- Oversee and ensure infrastructure services are compliant with audit and information security requirements
- Manage the IT budget including operating expenses and initiatives to ensure cost-effectiveness
- Ensure the operability and the execution of related disaster recovery plans or high availability tests
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in information technology, computer science and related disciplines
- Minimum 15 years of IT related experience with at least 8 years as IT head or similar role; experience in Banking & Finance industry is highly preferable
- Strong operation management and multi-tasking skills
- Strong communication, interpersonal and social skills with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to analyse complex information and make sound decisions
- Ability to lead, motivate and develop people and teams
- Excellent command of verbal & written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
