Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide daily operation support on in-house IT infrastructure.
- Perform system account management such as adding/ deleting account and system back up, etc.
- Perform incident management and basic troubleshooting.
Job Requirement
- F.5 DSE / Diploma or above in IT related.
- At least 1 year’s working experience in IT system support.
- Solid knowledge/experience in supporting VM ware or Window or Linux or Networking is preferred.
- Good interpersonal and communication skill.
- Fresh IT graduation could be considered as System Trainee.
