IT Helpdesk Support

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st to 2nd tier support to end users
  • Resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, VC operation, mobile devices, systems, and network etc.
  • Perform server monitoring & network equipment installation and configuration  

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • Familiar with PC, Microsoft Windows, O365, Mobile Device and other desktop application
  • Good understanding in networking, TCP/IP, WAN & LAN is an advantage
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

NOC Engineer

Job Responsibilities

  • To carry out operational tasks according to schedule and established procedures
  • To maintain a critical operation according to company policies, procedures and work instructions
  • To monitor the healthiness on the facilities, computer systems, and scheduled batch job execution

Job Requirements

  • F.5, DSE or Diploma
  • Have relevant experience in computer operation support and data center operation is not a must
  • Good interpersonal and communication skill
  • Shift is required
