Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in providing HR recruitment including but not limited preparing job description, souring candidates, arranging interviews and preparing employment contract and etc..
- Responsible for new employee onboarding and staff movement.
- Conduct research to explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of different recruitment channels.
- Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and new initiatives as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience.
- Hands-on exprience in recruitment/ talent acquisition of IT positions preferred.
- Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
- Flexible, proactive and detail-minded with strong communication skill
- Performance driven with can-do attitude and able to work under pressure
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
