Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders in providing HR recruitment including but not limited preparing job description, souring candidates, arranging interviews and preparing employment contract and etc..
  • Responsible for new employee onboarding and staff movement.
  • Conduct research to explore potential and evaluate the effectiveness of  different recruitment channels.
  • Participate in ad-hoc HR projects and new initiatives as assigned.  

Job Requirements

  • Degree holder with 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Hands-on exprience in recruitment/ talent acquisition of IT positions preferred.
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and other HR related regulations in Hong Kong
  • Flexible, proactive and detail-minded with strong communication skill
  • Performance driven with can-do attitude and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese. Putonghua is an advantage
