Job Responsibilities
- Implement changes and enhancements to mainframe systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mainframe systems to minimize downtime and ensure smooth operations.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization to improve the overall efficiency of mainframe systems.
- Provide technical support and guidance to team members on mainframe-related matters.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Over 5 years’ experience in implementing changes to mainframe systems using CICS, DB2, IMS, and MQ.
- Strong knowledge of mainframe architecture, including hardware, software, and networking components.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate with diverse teams including project stakeholder and vendor
