Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team for network related project implementation, operation and maintenance
- Regular performance review, manage the service level of the team to meet the clients SLAs
- Oversee project implementation progress, identify and resolve issues with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders as necessary
- Staying up-to-date with emerging technologies and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new technologies and vendors as appropriate
- Provide technical support by working with sales & presales teams to scope and cost a project
- Manage project budgets and timeframe
Job Requirements
- Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related disciplines.
- 10+ years of experience in IT service delivery management
- Proven experience in managing network projects and vendor relationships, with hands on in network infrastructure solution, included Firewalls, Cloud orchestration & Automation, Data security and system virtualization…etc
- Excellent communication skill, analytical skill with strong leadership
- Experience in lead sizeable team
- Proficiency in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
