Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop a strategic plan for partnerships with global operators to enhance sales, products, solutions, and services, focusing on creating new business opportunities and securing revenue growth.
- Leverage internal and external resources to deliver comprehensive solutions that effectively meet customer needs.
- Engage in commercial and technical negotiations with stakeholders to facilitate the preparation of RFP documents.
- Regularly optimize global product pricing based on resource cost analyses, and devise and implement strategic pricing proposals to maintain market competitiveness.
- Collaborate with overseas regional units and sales teams to ensure alignment with business development objectives.
- Prepare business reports and market analyses for senior management and undertake ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in IT, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, presales, product and business development, or solution design (network) within the global telecommunications industry.
- Strong understanding of telecommunications products (e.g., MPLS, IP Transit, VPN, Data Centers) and ICT solutions.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Proficient in both spoken and written Chinese and English

- 利用内部和外部资源提供全面的解决方案,以满足客户需求。
- 与内部和外部利益相关者进行商业和技术谈判,为RFP文档准备提供支持。
- 根据资源成本优化结果, 定期进行全球的产品定价优化。制定并实施战略定价提案,以保持市场竞争力。
- 与海外区域单位和销售团队协调,以配合业务发展需求。
- 向高级管理层准备业务报告和市场分析,并根据需要执行临时任务。
任职资格:
- IT与电信或相关领域的本科学位或以上学历
- 在全球电信行业至少有5年的销售/售前/产品与业务发展/解决方案设计(网络)相关经验
- 熟悉电信产品(如MPLS、IP传输、VPN、数据中心等)和ICT解决方案的销售
- 具备良好的沟通和协调能力
- 精通中英文的口语和书面表达
