Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st to 2nd tier support to end users
  • Resolve technical issues related to computer hardware, software, mobile devices, systems and network etc.
  • Perform server monitoring & network equipment installation and configuration
  • Perform troubleshooting & logging on technical requests and incidents
  • Manage and maintain user accounts and permissions  

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above
  • At least 1 year or above experience in IT support
  • Familiar with PC, Microsoft Windows, O365, Mobile Device and any desktop application
  • Good understanding in networking, TCP/IP, WAN & LAN is an advantage
  • Candidates with less experience or fresh graduates will be considered
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
