Job Responsibilities
- Handle end user inquiry, provide technical support and troubleshooting on hardware & software
- Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
- Perform system maintenance and administration on MS Servers
- Set up IT infrastructure (Windows Servers and networking)
- Schedule backup and design data restore solution
- Assist Ad-hoc project assign by supervisor
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
- 1 year working experience on servers and networking
- Good knowledge on computer hardware, systems and software applications
- Holder of MCP and CCNA will be an advantage
- Self-motivated, strong problem solving and good communication skill
- More experience will be considered as senior position
