Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Perform server system administration, monitoring and technical support
- Implement and manage system platform included VMware, Windows platform and cloud
- Responsible for setup, maintenance and troubleshooting on VM platform or Physical server, ensure system availability
- Perform 2nd to 3rd technical support
Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines
- 2-10 years experience in system administration and technical support in Virtualization, Cloud and Windows
- Experience in server management such as AD, MS Exchange, O365, SCCM, Storage, Backup Solution, IT Security etc
- Experience in Cloud platform administration such as Azure, AWS or AliCloud is advantage
- Professional certificate holder is advantage i.e. MCSE, MCSA, MCP, ITIL etc
- Less experience candidate will be considered as Technical Support
