Job Description
A sizable and stable financial enterprise is current seeking high calibre to join their team
Job Responsibilities
- Lead a team to support all-round administration duties including daily site checking & office maintenance, license & service renewal, various insurance review & renewal and office equipment and facilities supply, etc
- Manage and coordinate office relocation and renovation projects
- Liaise with different departments to analyst, establish, review and execute administration and operation policies
- Perform budget review, plan and controls
- In charge of company’s events such as staff parties and annual dinner, etc
Job Requirements
- Degree holder with 5 years or above in managing administration team to perform all-round administration duties
- Exposure in managing office relocation projects is preferred
- Experience in review and control of company procedure and workflow is preferred
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership skills
- Good command in spoken and written Chinese and English
