Job Responsibilities

  • Provide 1st/ 2nd tier helpdesk support
  • Provide daily server monitoring and network equipment maintenance
  • Lead and assign task to junior engineer
  • Undertake ad-hoc IT related tasks 

Job Requirements

  • Higher Certificate in Information Technology or related subjects
  • 1 year + experience in helpdesk and IT support, experience in serve a sizable company is preferable
  • Good interpersonal skill and communication skill
  • Good customer services skills to provide excellent service to clients
