Job Responsibilities

  • Handle end user inquiry, provide technical support and troubleshooting on hardware & software
  • Perform monitoring of IT equipment status
  • Perform system maintenance and administration on MS Servers
  • Set up IT infrastructure (Windows Servers and networking)
  • Schedule backup and design data restore solution 
  • Assist Ad-hoc project assign by supervisor

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology or equivalent
  • 1 year working experience on servers and networking
  • Good knowledge on computer hardware, systems and software applications
  • Holder of MCP and CCNA will be an advantage
  • Self-motivated, strong problem solving and good communication skill
  • More experience will be considered as senior position
