Job Responsibilities
- Support Sales team in providing solutions pertaining to network, security, cloud and data center
- Identifies customer’s needs and technical requirements
- Provides support to customers pertaining to global deployments of solution design and deliverables
- Support on project management and project handover to operation team
Job Requirements
- Diploma holder in Information Technology or related disciplines
- With 1yr+ related experience in solution and presales
- Experience in Telecommunications / Networking / Colocation / Data Center are preferred
- Excellent Communication and problem-solving skills
- Flexible, Result-oriented, and Organized
- Fresh grad is welcome
