Job Description
Job Responsibilities
- Provide 1st tier in-house support on computer, PC and system functions
- Provide computer hardware and software maintenance support to users
- Perform system health check
- Perform any other IT duties as assigned by the supervisors
Job Requirements
- Undergraduate or fresh graduate degree student in Computer Science/Information Technology/ Information Engineering or equivalent
- Familiar with Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of Windows and Linux operation system is preferred
- Proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin
